For 2008 Northstar Energy currrently has several different drilling programs in the development phase, all are exploring for natural gas (and oil) in the state of Texas, drilling wells that range in depths from 5,100' down to 10,000'. Information pertaining to our most current drilling ventures cannot be found on this website. We offer working interest positions into new oil and gas well drilling ventures to qualified participants with full tax benefits. Northstar Energy is the managing entity over the entire process from beginning to end, utilizing 3D Seismic technology, our geologists identify a prospective anomaly, we acuire the mineral leases over the prospect, obtain funding, operate and drill the well, complete the well, and as a licensed operator we handle the day to day operations and sell the gas and oil. We send out revenue checks monthly and handle all the tax preparation pertaining to the ventures and provide that info to participants along with daily drilling reports, permits, maps and related geology, production, revenue, and expense statements, survey plats, well test reports, etc., relating to the well. The Northstar Williams #1 Prospect

This well located in southwestern Texas was drilled to a total depth of 10,783 feet during the first weeks of January 2006, found natural gas and condensate, and was put into production. Participants can view reports on our Client's Only section of this web site.

The Northstar Sweet Home Davis #5 Offset Well

Drilling Completed - This drilling program located in southwest Texas was drilled to a total depth of 12,400 feet, found crude oil and natural gas, and was put into production.
