Northstar Energy operates oil and gas leases in Texas and is the managing entity for all of our programs. In addition, Northstar is constantly reworking existing wells and looking for opportunities for the drilling of new wells that meet our rigorous standards. Revenue from the sale of oil and gas production is distributed to our investors at the end of every month for the previous month's production. Along with monthly revenue checks, participants also receive detailed drilling reports, copies of permits, engineering reports, monthly newsletters, and all allowable tax benefits, including deductions for intangible drilling costs.(IDC)
